Ordering from Lorla Florist

Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (RM). Submitting checkout creates an unpaid order request. It does not take payment or guarantee availability. We will review the flowers, recipient details and delivery request, then confirm the amount and payment instructions with you.

For eligible Klang Valley/Selangor deliveries, flower subtotals after discounts above RM100 qualify for free delivery. All other delivery charges are quoted before payment. A total marked provisional excludes a delivery charge that has not yet been agreed.

Dates, arrangements and changes

Same-day requests must arrive before 3pm Malaysia time and remain subject to flower, preparation and courier availability. Requested delivery slots are confirmed by Lorla Florist. Please read our delivery information for local and outstation arrangements.

Flowers are natural products and their appearance can vary. Contact us about specific colour, flower or arrangement requirements before confirmation. We will discuss availability and any proposed changes with you.

Order support

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a request, or if there is a problem with your order. Include your order number and, for a damaged or incorrect arrangement, helpful photographs. We will review the issue and discuss the available resolution based on the order's preparation and delivery status. These terms do not exclude rights that apply under Malaysian law.
